Arkhipo-Osipovka is a rather popular Black Sea resort. That is why in the season its central beach is literally overcrowded. The coastal strip is sandwiched between rocks in a narrow bay, it consists of a mixture of sand and pebbles, the gentle entrance to the water is completely sandy, so it is convenient for children to swim here. Museum Complex "Mikhailovskoe Fortification"

Mikhailovskoye fortification is a modern reconstruction of a 19th century building that protected the Russian garrison during the Caucasian War. During one of the battles, Arkhip Osipov burned it to stop the advance of the highlanders. The fortress was rebuilt in 2005 according to old drawings and records of eyewitnesses. The complex is made of wood. It consists of a gate, observation towers, a fence and a smokehouse. Inside there is a museum, a hotel and a restaurant.

In Arkhipo-Osipovka there is a rehabilitation center for astronauts. Here they rest after flights, during which they experience serious stress. The museum was opened in 2016. Its collection consists of more than 1,000 items, including exhibits from Baikonur, space suits, real equipment, models of launch vehicles and stations, and space simulators.

In the "bread" part there are various tools used to process grain, dishes, pastries, samples of wheat varieties, models of mills and millstones, a Russian stove. In the "wine" you can learn a lot about the history of winemaking, look at ancient amphoras and original moonshine stills (there is also a small tasting room). Church of the beginning of the 20th century, which miraculously survived in Soviet times (only the bell tower was destroyed and the dome was removed). After closing, a store was located on its territory. In the 1990s, the building was returned to the Orthodox community. As a result of the restoration, the belfry and the dome were restored, and four more domes were added to the architectural ensemble. The church is located in the center of the village and has a Sunday school.

Memorial cross to Arkhip Osipov

Arkhip Osipov - a private of the imperial army, who died in 1840 during the offensive of the highlanders, having previously blown up the powder warehouse of the Mikhailovsky fortification. In 1876, a memorial cross was erected in his honor 500 meters from the embankment. Together with the pedestal, it reaches 6 meters in length. In 1889, at the request of local residents, the village was renamed Arkhipo-Osipovka.

The trail of health is about 5 km long, which starts in the park of the sanatorium "Arkhipo-Osipovka" and goes to the mountains. It is pleasant to walk along the route, breathing in the healing aroma of the pine forest and admiring the lush Black Sea vegetation. There are observation decks along the trail with a beautiful view of the sea. One of the most picturesque sites is the suspension bridge across the Volcano River.

Tesheb waterfalls

A cascade of seven waterfalls, located near Arkhipo-Osipovka on the Teshebs River (translated from Adyghe - "Golden"). Three streams are quite impressive in size up to 16 meters in height, the rest barely reach 3 meters. A hiking trail with a length of just over 1 km leads to the waterfalls. Even travelers without special physical training are able to overcome it.
